We recommend ordering online for the fastest service, however, you may call in your order at 703-839-5562.
Once a telephone order is complete, an invoice will be sent through PayPal for payment or held until a check
is received. Payments cannot be taken via telephone or e-mail at the present time.

We recommend ordering online for the fastest service, however, you may mail in your order. Please print
your completed shopping cart and mail it with your check. Please include your complete shipping address,

Order Confirmation
Within a short time of completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email including all details
and payment reference.

Returns
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of delivery before returning any items. Please include your name,
order number, and the reason you wish to return the item or items. Standard items can be returned for a full
refund, minus shipping costs if not satisfied. In some cases non-standard and custom ordered items cannot
be returned. Please inquire before placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse any returns. Nature's
Beaded Reflection is not responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
