Nature's Beaded Reflection offers the following shipping options for delivery within the United States.

United Parcel Service (UPS)
(suggested for larger items such as flowers, trees, or mulitiple smaller items)
Ground Service, delivery in 2-11 business days. Please allow an extra day for orders shipped to
Alaska or Hawaii.
Also available: 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air. Please allow an extra day for orders
shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
Please provide accurate address information as UPS applies a $5.00 address correction fee per
package for packages requiring additional delivery information.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
(suggested for small items such as jewelry, pins, and books)
Priority Mail, Flat Rate Envelope - $4.80: 1 - 3 days to most locations & delivers to mailboxes, mail
slots and P.O. Boxes. Saturday delivery and residential delivery at no extra cost.
Express Mail Flat Rate Envelope - $16.50. Guaranteed overnight delivery to most locations.
Insurance up to $100 included.

Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is offered by UPS for 50¢ per $100 (before taxes and shipping cost). Nature's Beaded
Reflection is not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost or damaged.

Returns
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of delivery before returning any items. Please include your name,
order number, and the reason you wish to return the item or items. Standard items can be returned for a full
refund, minus shipping costs if not satisfied. In some cases non-standard and custom ordered items cannot be
returned. Please inquire before placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse any returns. Nature's
Beaded Reflection is not responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
